We want every Pinky Swear & Co. candle to bring joy and comfort into your home. If something isn’t quite right, this page explains how returns and refunds work—clearly, fairly, and with care for our small-batch process.

Can I return my order?

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unburned, and in their original packaging.
  • A receipt or order number is required.
  • Please contact us for approval before sending anything back. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Start a return: Email info@pinkyswearandco.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll reply with next steps and a Return Authorization (RA).

Who pays for return shipping?

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect due to our error.
  • A 20% restocking fee applies to approved returns to cover handling and quality checks.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

What items can’t be returned?

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Room sprays & reed diffusers
  • Seasonal or limited-edition items
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards

My order arrived damaged or incorrect—what now?

Email info@pinkyswearandco.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product and shipping box
  • A short description of the issue

We may offer quick troubleshooting (e.g., wick trimming or transit settling tips). If the issue can’t be resolved, we’ll arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit—whichever is most appropriate.

How do refunds work?

  • Once your return is received and approved (or a damaged/incorrect claim is approved), refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
  • If 15+ business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, email info@pinkyswearandco.com and we’ll help.

Do you offer exchanges?

We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please place a new order and request a return for the original (if eligible).
