At Pinky Swear & Co., every order begins in our Toronto studio, where each candle is hand-poured with care. We prepare your candles thoughtfully before sending them your way. This page outlines processing times, shipping options, and local pickup so you know exactly what to expect.

Processing Time

  • Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days.

  • During holidays, restocks, or sales, processing may be slightly longer.

Standard Shipping

  • Delivery time varies by destination and the method selected at checkout.

  • You’ll receive tracking by email the moment your order ships.

Expedited Shipping

  • Expedited orders still require 1–3 business days for careful preparation.

  • After dispatch, delivery is typically 1–2 business days (location dependent).

Need It Sooner?

Leave a note at checkout and email info@pinkyswearandco.com. We’ll do our best to prioritize your order.

Local Pickup (Toronto)

  • Pickup available Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM.

  • You’ll receive an email when your order is ready with pickup instructions and the address.

Address Issues & Returned Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, we’ll contact you by email. To resend the order, the customer is responsible for the new shipping fee. If you prefer a refund instead, it will be issued for the product cost only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Wholesale & Private Label

Bulk or custom orders may require additional lead time depending on quantity, customization, and seasonal demand. Email info@pinkyswearandco.com to confirm timelines before ordering.
