Ingredients
- Wax: 100% natural coconut soy wax that is non-toxic, biodegradable, and has a cleaner burn and better scent throw
- Wick: Eco-friendly, FSC-certified crackling wooden wick
- Scent: Premium fine fragrance oils, including select blends with essential oils, thoughtfully chosen and free from parabens and phthalates.

- Vessel: Refillable ceramic vessel—fall in love once, refill forever. Keep your jar out of the landfill and filled with your favourite scents.

- For the first burn, let the wax melt completely across the top before extinguishing—this prevents tunnelling and ensures an even burn every time
- Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each burn. If the flame is too high, extinguish it, trim slightly, and relight it.
- Burn for 2–4 hours at a time, allowing the melt pool to reach the edges
- Keep away from drafts, children, pets, and anything flammable. Never leave a burning candle unattended.

I usually love your candles so much but this one burnt down in the middle only and left all the wax about 2" around the edges. I had to keep pushing the wax down from the sides to melt it and then it wouldn't light properly after two times doing this. This is the only one that's happened too so far. At least this bad. Not sure why it wasn't melting the wax evenly. I trimmed it and did everything as instructed as usual. It was on a flat level surface the same one I always use for my candles. Anyway, love the scent and I have lots of other ones, too!

We're truly sorry this candle didn't give you the experience we would have wanted for you. From your description, it sounds like the wick may have become overwhelmed by excess wax after some of the wax from the sides was pushed back toward the centre. With our soft coconut soy wax blend, a small amount of wax remaining on the sides during early burns can sometimes happen and often corrects itself over subsequent burns as the candle continues to develop its melt pool.
Because coconut-soy wax is very soft, pushing the side wax toward the wick can occasionally flood the wick and make relighting difficult. In most cases, we recommend allowing the candle to continue burning normally, as the melt pool often widens naturally over future burns.
